Thank you for your interest in presenting at GovCon 2026. We appreciate your interest in sharing your expertise at this year’s conference, taking place December 8–9, 2026, in Reno, Nevada, at [Venue Name].

Audio & Visual

Travel Nevada will provide the following for all sessions:

• Wi-Fi
• Projector and screen
• Presentation remote
• Laptop adapter
• Microphone

Breakout Sessions

• Please bring your own laptop.
• You may use your own PowerPoint template.

General Sessions

• A PC laptop will be provided by Travel Nevada.
• A branded PowerPoint template will be provided for your presentation.

Presentation Guidelines

• If using a presentation, upload your final PowerPoint to your speaker profile by Friday, November 20, 2026. This allows time to finalize the AV run of show and combine presentations into a single file.
• If you would like to provide an updated presentation after the conference, upload the revised version to your speaker profile by December 11, 2026.
• If your session does not require a presentation (such as a panel discussion), Travel Nevada will display a branded background on the projection screen during your session.

In-State Speaker Travel

• Travel Nevada cannot purchase travel on your behalf or reimburse travel-related expenses.
• You may reserve accommodations at the host hotel using the conference group rate.
